Mayfeld werd een schietgrage huurling die een mechanisme arm op zijn rug had gebouwd waardoor hij over een extra blaster beschikte. En was een van de huurlingen die Ran op pad stuurde met De Mandalorian om Qin te bevrijden uit een New Republic Prison Ship in 9 ABY. Mayfeld had van Ran de leiding gekregen van het team.
