Abner Krill , also known as the Polka-Dot Man , was a metahuman criminal who could grow multicolored dots from his body as a result of an interdimensional virus, and use them as a weapon. He was also a member of the second strike team of Task Force X sent to Corto Maltese to destroy Project Starfish. Krill played a major role in the mission and during the confrontation with Starro and was able to damage the alien, fulfilling his dream of becoming a superhero just before he was crushed by Starro.
